A blogger who likes Smalltalk has customized his Squeak installation a bit. Squeak seems like a wonderful tool, it just badly needs someone with an eye for graphic design to have a go at it
You're not the only person to think that Squeak's appearance could do with some attention! A mailing list has recently been set up specifically to discuss and address UI issues in Squeak. There's a lot of ideas being tried out, and new volunteers are always welcome!
